Happy March! 💗
In addition to the few bhm books I didn’t finish last month, I have a new list for what I hope to tackle.
The List:
- The Tainted Cup by Robert Jackson Bennett
- The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson
- Suddenly Silent and Still by Non Mok
- Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir + film
- Strange Houses by Uketsu
I’m hoping to do my first buddy read which I’m excited for! It’ll be for The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson. I’ve heard that it was a great read without knowing much – or anything, really – about the plot, characters, or setting, so I’m looking forward to it.
I included the Project Hail Mary film since one of my bookish goals is to watch at least 15 films adapted from books this year.
I’ve seen people talk about other books by Uketsu, and they all seem so interesting! There appears to be an overarching use of visual aids and sketches in his work to add to the eeriness and interactive nature of them. It’ll be cool to see how he weaves the images into the plot and mystery!
